If you don’t currently use Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM, you will need a prescription from your healthcare provider for a CGM device to take full advantage of this update.
If your pump is eligible for this update, you should have received an email from Tandem Diabetes Care with the unique update ID required for the process. If you received your t:slim X2 insulin pump in September 2017 or later, your pump was likely loaded with this software update before it was shipped, and you would not have received an email. If this is the case, there are no new updates for your pump at this time.
