The replacement pump you received may have software features that were not included on your original t:slim X2 insulin pump. Please use the table below to see what has changed.
To find your pump’s current software version:
Home screen > Options > My Pump > Pump Info

Make sure you have your current pump settings written down or printed from the t:connect web application (My Devices > View Settings > Print). If you already have a t:connect account, please be sure to use your existing login credentials and do not create a new t:connect account.
Whether you are continuing a current Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor session or starting a new one with an existing transmitter you will need to disconnect your old pump from your transmitter and connect the new one by following the steps below:
After you program your replacement pump, it is important to link your new pump to your existing t:connect account so that you and your healthcare provider can continue to access and review your pump data. To keep your account in good standing and avoid being charged for the full price of the replacement pump, please return the original pump within 10 days.
