Ryan Laps the Competition

Ryan was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D) in 2011 and quickly became passionate about raising awareness around T1D. He raced professionally in NASCAR for six seasons — winning twice, while also notching seven top-five finishes and 27 top-10 finishes.

During the 2021 Liftkitsforless.com 200, Ryan drove the custom-designed No. 24 Tandem Diabetes Care Chevrolet Silverado. “It’s incredible to be able to represent Tandem on the track and have my daily life changed by their product,” Ryan said.
