Remotely add features on your in-warranty insulin pump without having to purchase a new device*
Access to pump updates is managed through the customer portal. Users can request a new prescription, complete any required training, and check the status of their update.
Login Credentials
You can use your existing t:connect web application username and password to access the customer portal. Insulin pump data will still be uploaded and viewed via the original t:connect web application.

After completing any preliminary steps through the customer portal, an email will be sent to you with detailed instructions on how to update your pump. You will need to click buttons to install the Tandem Device Updater on your computer.
