This error indicates the Tandem Source platform was unable to connect to the t:slim X2 insulin pump.

To use the feature that allows you to bolus from your smartphone on the mobile app, you’ll need to enable your smartphone’s security settings.

If you are a t:slim, t:slim G4, or t:flex pump user, you will be able to report issues online here.

The ability to bolus from your smartphone requires a Bluetooth connection between your smartphone and pump.
