Alerts display automatically on your t:slim X2 pump to notify you about conditions that need your attention.

If your pump’s battery level indicator experienced a large drop (>25%) or large increase (>10%) while not plugged in within a 2-hour period, this is normal battery behavior.

If you receive “Pump & IOB Reset" alarm on your Tandem Mobi app screen, it means your pump has experienced a reset. Learn more about what to do when your pump resets.

The Dexcom CGM sensor can only be paired with one medical device (either a Dexcom receiver or a Tandem insulin pump) and one consumer device (phone or tablet) at the same time.
