How to Resume Therapy

Congratulations! You just completed a software update. To confirm the update process was successful, tap OPTIONS from the Home screen on your pump, My Pump, Pump Info, and then the down arrow to check the software version.

Important Note: The Insulin on Board (IOB) was reset to zero as part of the software update process.

Pair Your Tandem t:slim Mobile App

  • New to the mobile app? If you are new to using the mobile app, you need to set up the mobile app with your pump first.
  • Already using the Tandem t:slim mobile app? You may need to unpair the device first, then re-pair the pump and mobile app if needed. This article will walk you through the process of re-pairing your pump.
