Using the mobile app makes uploading your pump data to the Tandem Source application easier than ever before.

The t:slim X2 insulin pump is watertight to a depth of 3 feet (0.91 meters) for up to 30 minutes (IP27 rating).

When you uninstall the Tandem t:slim mobile app, you won’t be able to view your pump data on the app. However, you will not lose any data from your pump or any data that was uploaded to Tandem Source by the mobile app.

The Tandem Source platform generates some reports using only a "complete therapy day" — at least 18 hours of cumulative basal data — to ensure daily averages are represented accurately.
