You need to Pair the t:connect Mobile App with Your Pump

  • Enable pump-Bluetooth® connection
  • Pair the mobile app with your pump
  • Wirelessly upload data

You Need to Set up to Bolus from Your Smartphone

Make sure to closely follow all steps:

  • Disable automatic updates (can impact your ability to use the mobile bolus feature)
  • Allow notifications from the mobile app§
  • Set proper security settings
  • Prevent the loss of this feature

You Need to Log in to Your Tandem Source Account

You need to Share Reports with Your Clinic

  • Click on the blue icon at the top right to access Account Settings
  • Click Share Reports
  • Search for clinic and identify correct address as some clinics have multiple locations
