How to Stop Sharing Data with a Healthcare Professional

This article explains how to stop sharing data with a healthcare professional.

1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the Tandem Source platform
2. Click Account Settings
3. Click Share Reports on the Account Settings screen
4. Click the name of the clinic that should be removed. The clinic details appear below the clinic name.
5. Click Stop Sharing beside the clinic address. This generates a pop-up window.
6. Click Stop Sharing in the pop-up window
7. Tandem Source returns to the Account Settings screen and displays a success banner at the top of the screen

What Happens Next

Tandem Source will remove the user from the clinic's patient list. Professional users at that clinic will no longer have access to any of the user's pump or therapy data. Tandem Source does not notify the clinic that someone has stopped sharing their data.
