Access to Basal-IQ After Updating Your Pump Software to Control-IQ Technology

At this time, all Tandem Diabetes Care software updates are one-way. This means that you cannot revert to a previous software version after completing an update. For example, once you have updated your t:slim X2 insulin pump from Basal-IQ technology to Control-IQ technology, you cannot change your pump back to an earlier version.

Furthermore, insulin pumps that are shipped with Control-IQ technology cannot be changed to Basal-IQ technology.
