If your t:slim X2 insulin pump shuts down during a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) session, don't worry. After your pump reboots, you can restart the session using your Tandem t:slim mobile app. Follow the steps below.
Tap Settings on the Navigation bar of your mobile app
Tap CGM and then FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus
For Android users, skip to Step 4. For iOS users tap Start Scanning.
When prompted by the mobile app, hold the top (iOS) or back (Android) of your smartphone near your FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor until your phone vibrates or you hear a sound
When the Sensor Session Started screen appears, tap OK
You should start seeing CGM readings on your t:slim X2 pump again.
Note: Previous CGM readings are cleared from the graph and will not be visible on the pump.
