Navigate to the Account Settings screen by clicking the blue circle on the top right of your Tandem Source account.

You might see this message if the email address you used to sign into Tandem Source does not match the email address we have on file for you.

If there are no active insulin pumps associated with your account within the Tandem system, this message will appear on the My Pump screen.

You can check for software updates for your Tandem insulin pump under the My Pump section of Tandem Source.
