Product Replacement
Here are some general tips about how to get started with your replacement insulin pump.
/ ! \ Important: Make sure you have your current pump settings written down or printed from the Tandem Source platform before you begin with your replacement pump. They won’t be available after you start.
Step 1
Set Up Pump
Walk through the basic setup by turning on your replacement pump, transferring your settings, and if needed, pairing with the mobile app.
Step 2
Connect Pump
If using continuous glucose monitoring (sold separately), it’s important to connect your replacement pump to your sensor, so you can resume therapy.
Step 3
Return Pump
To keep your account in good standing, place your previous pump into Storage Mode and return within 10 days using the provided shipping label.
