The t:slim X2 insulin pump is powered by Control-IQ+ technology — which predicts glucose levels 30 minutes ahead and makes insulin adjustments every 5 minutes. It can also deliver an AutoBolus‡ to help stay in range if a meal bolus was missed or miscounted. Available for ages 2+.

The t:slim X2 insulin pump is the first insulin pump capable of remote feature updates. Using a personal computer, you can keep your pump up-to-date with the latest technology during your pump’s warranty period.§
The Tandem Source platform was created to give you access to all things Tandem Diabetes Care in one convenient platform. See all of your therapy data and easily reorder supplies for your pump.

† Bolus delivery from the Tandem t:slim mobile app requires a compatible smartphone model and operating system, an app update, a remote software update on the t:slim X2 insulin pump, and additional training.
‡ If glucose values are predicted to be above 10.0 mmol/L, Control-IQ+ technology calculates an AutoBolus using the Personal Profile settings and a target of 6.1 mmol/L and delivers 60% of that value.
§ Additional feature updates may not be currently available for the t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ technology. Control-IQ technology is available only to customers who reside in the United States or Canada, and other select geographies. Future updates for all or some of Tandem’s products may not be developed and may not be offered everywhere and would be subject to applicable regulatory approvals. Software updates are only available to customers who are in warranty at the time they update their pump. Additional training may be required to access certain future software updates. Charges may apply. Tandem may discontinue select software and features over time at its discretion.
