Pump Replacement
/ ! \ Important: If you’re using a Dexcom CGM sensor, do not manually stop the sensor session on your previous pump, and make sure to write down the sensor or transmitter code before continuing.
Step 1
Transfer Settings
Write down your current pump settings or print them from the Tandem Source platform. You will use this information to set up your replacement pump.
Step 2
Power Off Pump
Only one pump can be connected to a sensor. To power off your old pump, connect it to its power source and hold down the silver button for 30 seconds.

Resume Therapy
Use the resources below for instructions on how to pair the mobile app and connect your sensor. You can also learn about how to use the latest pump features.
