How it Works
You will need to complete any required training and can check ongoing status through your account. Once all preliminary steps are completed, you will then connect your insulin pump to a compatible computer and update the software.

If software updates are available for your pump, login to your Tandem Source account. You will need to confirm eligibility and complete any required training before starting the update.

The Tandem Source platform is intended for use by individuals with diabetes mellitus who use Tandem Diabetes Care insulin pumps, their caregivers, and their healthcare providers in home and clinical settings. The Tandem Source platform supports diabetes management through the display and analysis of information uploaded from Tandem insulin pumps.
