The 32nd Annual Clinical Conference on Diabetes will provide a comprehensive update on the treatment of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and comorbidities. The ADA Clinical Conference is developed specifically to provide current clinical information utilizing different teaching methods, including didactic general sessions and small-group, interactive learning opportunities.
For many years, a major goal has been to encourage a team-based approach to learning. To accomplish this, multi-disciplinary planning committee members reflect the target audience of the activity, and continuing education credit/CME is offered for the entire diabetes care team – endocrinologists, primary care physicians, family physicians, pharmacists, diabetes educators, nurse practitioners, nurses and dietitians. The conference and pre-conference workshops will provide up to 20.5 hours of continuing education credit.
