By posting images on third party social media sites and associating them with any of our photo-sharing campaigns, you are agreeing that you understand that we may repost, share or otherwise distribute your image through social media. If we want to use your image outside of social media, we may contact you about entering into a further agreement for such purpose.
Participation in photo sharing campaigns promoted by Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, such as the #tsliminthewild collection, is encouraged for anyone ages 6 or older only. Pictures of children under 18 should only be submitted by their parent or legal guardian. Additional age restrictions for platforms on which the images are shared still apply. Please do not compromise your own safety or the safely of others during the creation of images and do not post images that (i) are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive, (ii) promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (iii) are violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; (iv) promote illegal or harmful activities or substances, (v) are unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, provincial or local laws and regulations in any state where the photographs were created, (vi) reference any person, group, or organizations without their permission or (vii) that show or imply use outside of the Indications For Use for the t:slim X2 Insulin Delivery System. We also ask that you accurately tag content. In other words, please don’t tag or mention people if they aren’t in the photo, and only share photos if you have permission from the photographer to do so.
When you post in image in any of our photo-sharing campaigns, you hereby consent and grant to Tandem, the irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide right and permission to use, reuse, copy, modify, alter, create derivative works, publish, perform, display, and transmit the image submitted to Tandem through social media or email (collectively "Publicity Rights"), including disclosure of any health information such image may reveal (e.g., diabetes health condition), in any and all online social media formats now existing or subsequently developed, in Tandem's sole discretion, for the purpose of marketing and promotion of the services and products of Tandem. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve any uses made of the Publicity Rights in connection with this consent and release. You understand that you will not receive, and hereby waive any rights to receive any royalty or other monetary compensation, now or in the future, for this grant to Tandem of the Publicity Rights.
