The Tandem Mobi system is powered by Control‑IQ+ technology, which uses CGM sensor† values to predict glucose levels 30 minutes ahead and automatically adjust insulin every 5 minutes. Only Tandem pumps have AutoBolus, which helps prevent hyperglycaemia.‡
The pump is so small that it can be worn almost anywhere,^ giving you greater discretion, comfort, and options for how you manage your diabetes. Patch-like, on-body wear with an adhesive sleeve (sold separately), clip to clothing, or carry in a pocket.

‡ If glucose values are predicted to be above 180 mg/dL (or 10.0 mmol/L), Control-IQ+ technology calculates an AutoBolus using the Personal Profile settings and a target of 110 mg/dL (or 6 .1 mmol/L) and delivers 60% of that value.

‡‡ Precaution: Compatible smartphone is required to pair a new Dexcom G7 sensor with a compatible Apple Watch. To use Share/Follow the smartphone must be within 10 meters of the Dexcom G7. Always pair the Dexcom G7 sensor with your Tandem system before pairing with the Dexcom G7 app and Apple Watch. The Tandem system communicates directly with the Dexcom G7 sensor to get CGM readings, and does not communicate with the Dexcom G7 app or Apple Watch. Fingersticks required for diabetes treatment decisions if symptoms or expectations do not match readings.
