Tandem’s health insurance coverage is available to all regular, full-time employees and their dependants. Coverage for most benefits is effective the first of the month following the date of hire, unless otherwise noted. Benefits may vary by location. Tandem reserves the right to amend in writing or terminate any of the benefit plans described for any reason, in accordance with the provisions of such plans
